Frequently asked questions

Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. At the end of any month, you may adjust services with prior written notice. You can scale down to a Lean Team, or pause entirely.
What if we need to prioritize other internal projects?
You can reallocate your monthly block capacity to different initiatives at any time.
What happens if we do not use all our blocks in a month?
Capacity is planned and staffed monthly. Unused blocks do not automatically roll over. If you anticipate lower usage, it is better to scale down in advance under the adjustment clause.
What deliverables should we expect?
Each project includes a Google Doc with findings and recommendations, a Google Sheet with supporting data, and a Drive folder with screenshots and captures. Strategic, Development, and Quick-turn projects are sized by block and defined upfront in a written scope.
How do we decide between Lean and Full Team?

To learn more about capacity and project examples, please fill out our Typeform.

How quickly can you start?
We can typically begin scoping immediately and start the first block within a few days from finalizing the contract, subject to capacity alignment and signed SoW.
Who owns the output?
Deliverables are created for your internal use as part of the subscription services under the governing agreement.
How do we work day to day?
Work is performed remotely, and projects are handled autonomously once we reach a mutually agreed upon project scope. We operate through a shared Slack channel, weekly check-ins, and check-in meetings as needed.
