Short Endgame Tournament
MARVEL Strike Force’s Cosmic Crucible helped increase revenue by 18% 2Mo2M. This feature succeeds in part by using a relatively rare tournament structure known as a Swiss-style tournament.
During these tournaments, players battle other players with similar records, but they don’t compete against all players in their bracket. Players are never eliminated, so all participants can continue engaging until the end of the tournament.
This structure allows MARVEL Strike Force to drive greater engagement while requiring fewer rounds and players than other tournament formats, like round robin or single elimination.
